SMS and appointment messages

If you provide your phone number and actively opt in through our SMS opt-in form, IrieZona Tattoo may send texts about consultations, appointments, reminders, reschedules, deposits, follow-ups, or service-related updates. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or service.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages when SMS messaging is available. You can reply HELP for help.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use trusted service providers only when needed to deliver the appointment, scheduling, payment, recordkeeping, or service-related communications you requested.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers we use to run the business, such as scheduling tools, payment processors, messaging providers, website tools, or recordkeeping systems. These providers are used only to help operate the shop and serve clients.

Photos and portfolio use

We may ask permission to photograph completed work for portfolio, website, or social media use. If you have concerns about a photo being used publicly, please tell us before or during your appointment.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect client information, but no online system is perfect. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured messages unless requested through an approved process.
