Who sends messages

Text messages are sent by IrieZona Tattoo / Irie Art in Ink LLC.

What messages are for

If you provide your phone number and opt in, IrieZona Tattoo may send appointment, service, and account-related text messages. Messages may include consultation updates, appointment reminders, deposit reminders, reschedule notices, follow-ups, studio account notifications, booking updates, payout reminders, or other operational communication related to the shop or private studio tools.

How consent is collected

Clients, team members, and account administrators may actively opt in through our public SMS opt-in form. Every contact field is visibly marked optional for booking and service, and the SMS checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. A mobile number is requested only after the user independently chooses SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase, booking, employment, account creation, or service, and is not transferred from any unrelated form or interaction. SMS remains disabled unless the user actively selects the checkbox and the consent is successfully saved.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, account activity, booking status, reminders, and service-related communication.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Privacy

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use trusted service providers only when needed to deliver the requested appointment, scheduling, payment, recordkeeping, messaging, or service-related communication.
